Our client’s Burnaby home used to be a place to kick back and relax after a long day. But, lately, it wasn’t quite hitting the mark. So, they reached out to the Spaces team for a laid-back minimalist home makeover, aiming to transform their pad from drab to fab.

This Kitsilano reno is all about the glow-up. We took a drab, dated home with a gloomy kitchen and an oddly-shaped bathroom and turned it into a bright, breezy space with some sleek style.

Vancouver’s waterfront spots offer epic views, but some of those older condos are stuck in a time warp. Take our friends on Vancouver’s creekside, for example. They were all about the view, but their place inside was screaming for some love.
