Completing this rooftop deck was a blast; it’s the quintessential hangout spot, perfectly designed to be the envy of all your neighbors and friends.
No detail was overlooked, from the built-in cabinetry with an integrated keg tap to the barbecue featuring a side burner, sink, and wine fridge. Enjoy the big game on the outdoor television, unwind in the hot tub after a long week, and soak in all those views from your outdoor sofa while staying warm by the fire pit. It truly is the ultimate rooftop dream. Our collaboration with this unit’s Strata ensured a smooth renovation process.We made sure to incorporate safety features such as lining the BBQ to protect the siding and ensured all the electrical and plumbing was upgraded to support the new design.
The countertop and backsplash feature a sleek dark matte metal that will stand up to the west coast elements. A stainless steel undermount sink and faucet add a touch of modern. We seamlessly integrated replacement siding into the existing structure, ensuring a cohesive look. We even added dimmable LED lighting along the outdoor kitchen backsplash, creating a soft and inviting glow.
