Revive & Radiate
For this renovation, we took an outdated, underutilized space and turned it into a bright, modern kitchen and dining area that’s both stylish and functional.
To open things up, we reworked the layout, creating a seamless flow between the kitchen and dining space—perfect for everyday living and entertaining.
We swapped out the old cabinets for sleek, floor-to-ceiling white ones, adding tons of storage while keeping the look clean and contemporary. The countertops got an upgrade with elegant quartz, and we added a sophisticated tile backsplash to bring in both style and durability.
To brighten things up, we installed recessed lighting throughout and topped it off with a modern chandelier over the dining area, making the whole space feel warm and inviting.
A new island with bar seating was a game-changer, turning the kitchen into more than just a place to cook—it’s now a social hub where everyone gathers.
We kept the gorgeous hardwood floors but gave them a fresh refinish to complement the lighter, airy color palette, tying everything together beautifully.
The bathroom also got a total transformation—from dark and drab to bright and spa-like. We went with white marble tiles, a sleek glass shower, a brand-new tub, and a wood-grain vanity that adds a natural, modern touch.
Now, the entire space feels fresh, functional, and totally revitalized!
